About me

I am Jo Lukehurst and I have been practising yoga for over 20 years. My training includes a 500hr British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma.

Yoga is for everyone

You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. You do not have to be young to do yoga. You do not have to be fit or thin to do yoga. Yoga is about discovering what you can do today and then exploring that. It is about listening to your body, quietening your mind and strengthening your body.
